What is the process for ordering a custom oil painting?
To order your custom oil painting, simply upload a photo of the image you’d like transformed into art. Our talented artists will then create a painting based on your submitted photo. Once completed, we will send you a photo of the painting for your approval before shipping.
How long will it take to receive my custom oil painting?
Our oil paintings are normally completed within 3 weeks. Once approved and after the painting is dried, we'll ship it to you, and you’ll receive tracking information. Expedited shipping is available for a fee if you need it sooner.
Can I make changes to the painting once I receive the preview?
Yes, we offer revisions on the painting if necessary. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with the final result before it’s shipped.
What is your return policy for custom oil paintings?
Custom oil paintings are non-refundable once approved and shipped, as each painting is uniquely created for each customer. If you change your mind about the painting before it is shipped, we can give you a partial refund. If the painting has not been started, we can give you a full refund.
Can I add a frame to my custom oil painting?
Yes, we offer framing as an optional add-on for custom oil paintings up to 80cm x 80cm. Larger paintings are not eligible for framing due to the increased risk of damage during shipping. Simply select your preferred frame during checkout.
